Sections in trust flow settings
Trust Flow Settings has four sections:- User experience
- Branding & appearance
- Webhook
- Restrictions
User experience
The User experience section controls how applicants move through the flow.-
Skip Welcome & Consent Page
When enabled, the direct link will bypass the welcome/consent screen and begin immediately with the first verification step. -
Skip Verification Completed Page
When enabled, the completed page will be skipped after the final KYC step and the direct link will end on a blank page. -
Display Verification Guide
Show the document and selfie guide popup when users enter those verification steps. -
Auto Submit on Camera Capture
Automatically submits the verification when all required documents are captured via camera. Manual uploads will still require manual submission. -
Redirect After Completion
Redirect your user to a specific URL after the completion of their verification. -
Allow Users to Resume Incomplete Verification
When enabled, users who leave before completing their verification can reopen the same verification link and continue from where they left off for up to 30 minutes.
Branding & appearance
The Branding & appearance section lets you control the visual style and text shown to applicants during verification.- Logo: Upload your company logo.
- Typography:
- Background color
- Button color
- Text font color
- Button font color
- Font family
- Font size
- Text & content:
- Privacy policy will be displayed to users before they begin the verification process.
- Completion screen title
- Completion screen body
- Flow preview: Preview cards update instantly while you edit settings.
Webhook
The Webhook section lets you send real-time updates to your system when verification events happen.- Verification Webhook
Enable this toggle to receive webhook notifications whenever a verification is completed.
Restrictions
The Restrictions section helps you prevent repeated submissions in a short period.- Limit Verification Resubmissions
Blocks an individual for a set duration (for example, 12 hours) from submitting a new verification after a successful submission.
