How it works
Processes
When you set up this product, you choose which processes apply. Typical options include:- Biometric enrollment — Records the user’s biometric sample so the system can recognize them on later sign-ins or checks.
- Username binding — Associates the enrolled biometric with a username or account identifier in your flow.
Inputs
The capture you collect from the end user is:- Biometric selfie — A live face capture (or equivalent biometric capture your flow specifies) used to enroll and bind the user.
Tool settings
Open the Tool settings section in the product settings modal to adjust behaviour for Biometrics Detection. Use the information icons beside each control for field-level help.Detection options
| Setting | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Enable Blacklist Detection | When enabled, runs blacklist checks during this step so enrollments that match your block rules can be stopped or flagged according to your Trust Flow configuration. |
The options available to you reflect what is enabled for your account—so you may not see every option, and labels can differ slightly. If anything is missing or you need guidance, contact IDmeta support.
