How it works
In the product, open How it works to see the processes wired to your flow (for example, which identity and signing steps run and in what order). The exact steps depend on how your organization configured the Esign Docu product.Tool settings
Open the Tool settings section in the product settings modal. The list can scroll; use the information icons beside each control when they appear.Select e-Sign Document Template
Choose which document bundle users sign. Use the selector labelled Select an e-Sign document template and pick a template from the list (for example Demo ATD Bundle). The eye icon opens a preview of the template before you save.Notification Emails
Add up to three email addresses that receive a notification when signing is completed. Enter an address in the field (placeholder: Enter email address…) and click Add to append it to the list. Repeat until you reach the maximum of three.Which templates and options you see depends on your account configuration. If a template is missing or you need help with notifications, contact IDmeta support.
