Biometrics Face Match performs advanced facial similarity analysis between two images. You add it to your Trust Flow and configure it in the product Settings panel.

How it works

Processes

The flow is built around a single core process:
  • Biometrics Comparison — Measures how closely two face images match and produces a similarity score you can use in your verification rules.
This appears as the selectable process when you configure Biometrics Face Match in the portal.

Inputs

You supply two face captures for comparison:
  • Biometric Selfie 1 — The first image (for example, a live capture or reference photo from your flow).
  • Biometric Selfie 2 — The second image to compare against the first.
Use consistent lighting and unobstructed faces on both sides so the similarity score is meaningful.

Tool settings

Open the Tool settings section in the product settings modal. Options are grouped under Verification settings; use the information icons beside each control for field-level help.

Verification settings

SettingPurpose
Face Compare is verified when similarity score is abovePercentage threshold (for example 70%). At or above this value, the match can be treated as verified according to your Trust Flow rules.
Face Compare is rejected when similarity score is belowPercentage threshold (for example 20%). Below this value, the match can be treated as rejected. Scores between the two thresholds depend on how your flow handles borderline results.
Return Face ImageReturns the captured face image from the biometrics face comparison.
