This document provides a high-level overview of the integration options available on the IDmeta eKYC platform and how they fit into your onboarding and verification flow. It helps you understand how to integrate, which approach suits your use case, and how the platform is structured from an operational perspective. The platform supports multiple integration methods to accommodate different technical capabilities and business requirements, from direct API integrations to guided, portal-based workflows. Each option is modular, secure, and scalable so you can adopt only what you need while maintaining full compliance and control.

1. The IDmeta Platform Portal

Company Admin Portal

The Company Admin Portal is for administrators and operators who manage identity verification and compliance day-to-day. You can use it to:
  • View dashboards with Trust Validation summaries, details, and usage analytics
  • Create and manage Trust Flows (your verification workflows)
  • Monitor and manage all Trust Validations created by users
  • Add and manage Company Admins, Roles, and Users
  • Upload and manage data in Internal Biometrics and Data Cleansing databases
  • Configure and maintain a Custom Watchlist of blacklisted individuals
  • Track system activity with the Audit Log
The Company Portal gives administrators full visibility and control over how verifications are run across the organization.

User Portal

The User Portal is for operators who run verifications directly. You can:
  • Manually create profiles for individuals by entering their details and starting a Trust Flow
  • Run document, biometric, AML, and government data checks directly from the interface
  • Review and manage Trust Validation results in real time
  • Handle exceptions such as review needed, rejected, or incomplete cases
This portal is designed for simplicity so operators can perform verifications without technical knowledge.

2. IDmeta REST API

For engineers and solution designers, the IDmeta API provides direct integration of identity verification into your own systems. You can automate onboarding, run compliance checks, and retrieve results in real time without using the dashboard.

  • Mobile: Mobile SDK integration
Key benefits:
  • Drop-in modules for document upload, face match, and biometric verification
  • Prebuilt UI components for faster deployment
  • Works across web and mobile apps
  • Reduces engineering time with a plug-and-play verification flow
The SDK is the quickest way to get started with IDmeta verifications inside your customer-facing applications.
