How it works
Processes
- Professional License Verification — Confirms professional license details using available PRC records.
Inputs
- Document Number — The license or credential number used for lookup.
- Profession — The profession/category for the credential being verified.
- Date Of Birth — Used with the other inputs to improve match accuracy.
Tool settings
Open Tool settings in the product settings modal. Under Verification settings, configure whether face compare is enabled.Verification settings
| Setting | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Perform Face Compare | When enabled, compares the biometric face used by your flow with the face associated with the credentials to classify the result. |
| Setting | Example | Purpose |
|---|---|---|
| Face Compare is Verified when similarity score is above | 70 | At or above this value, the comparison can be treated as verified. |
| Face Compare is Rejected when similarity score is below | 20 | Below this value, the comparison can be treated as rejected. |
