The PH NBI data source helps you verify Philippine NBI clearance status against official records as part of your verification flow.
How it works
Processes
- NBI Clearance Verification — Confirms the clearance details using available NBI records.
- Document Number — The clearance or reference number used for lookup.
- Date Of Birth — Used together with the name/number to improve match accuracy.
- First Name — The person’s given name.
- Last Name — The person’s surname.
Open Tool settings in the product settings modal. You may see options that are enabled for your account.
Verification settings

| Perform Face Compare | When enabled, compares the biometric selfie with the face content used by your flow. |

| Face Compare is Verified when similarity score is above | 70 | At or above this value, the comparison can be treated as verified. |
| Face Compare is Rejected when similarity score is below | 20 | Below this value, the comparison can be treated as rejected. |
