The AU Change Of Name Cert data source helps you verify Australian change-of-name certificates using registry records as part of your verification flow.

How it works

Processes

  • Change of Name Certificate Verification — Validates the certificate details using the inputs you collect in your Trust Flow.

Inputs

  • Family Name — Your flow captures the current/specified family (surname) name.
  • Given Name — Your flow captures the current/specified given (first) name.
  • Family Name 2 — An additional family name field, if your flow collects it.
  • Given Name 2 — An additional given name field, if your flow collects it.
  • Date of Birth — Used to match the correct certificate record.
  • Registration Number — The certificate or record registration number.
  • Registration State — The state/territory associated with the registration.
  • Registration Date — The date the record was registered.
  • Registration Year — The registration year.
  • Certificate Number — The certificate identifier/number.
  • Date Printed — The printed/issued date shown on the certificate.
Required fields and matching behaviour can vary depending on how you configure the verification step in your flow.
