How it works
UBO checks typically use company registration and ownership information to build an ownership structure and determine which individuals should be treated as UBOs.Tool settings
Open Tool settings in the product settings modal.Threshold
Set the numeric cutoff used to decide whether an ownership link is strong enough to be considered relevant in the UBO determination (for example 25).Layers
Set the depth of ownership traversal (how many levels of ownership the system follows) when building the ownership structure (for example 10).Threshold and Layers default values can vary based on your account configuration.
