Custom Form lets you create and attach custom data-collection steps inside your verification flows.

How it works

Processes

The steps executed for this product depend on how you configure the form. When you choose a template or define fields manually, those configured fields determine what the flow captures and returns.

Inputs

Inputs are the form fields you configure (either from a template or by adding them manually). The specific field list is determined by your configuration.

Tool settings

Open Tool settings in the product settings modal. Choose how you want to set up this form:
  • Use custom form template
    • Select an existing template.
  • Create simple custom form
    • Add fields manually.
The available templates, field options, and any validation rules depend on what you have configured in your account.
