Multiplatform Check reviews financial inquiry history across platforms for an Indonesian identity using a phone number or Indonesian ID. You add it to your Trust Flow and configure it in the product Settings panel.

Processes

  • Phone Number Multiplatform Check — Looks up financial inquiry history using an Indonesian phone number.
  • ID Number Multiplatform Check — Looks up financial inquiry history using a 16-digit Indonesian ID number.

Inputs

  • Type — Set to PHONE_NUMBER when submitting a phone number, or ID when submitting an Indonesian ID.
  • Country Code — Country calling code for phone-based checks (for example, +62). Required for phone number checks.
  • Phone Number — Phone number without the country code prefix. Required when type is PHONE_NUMBER.
  • ID Number — 16-digit Indonesian ID number. Required when type is ID.
