# Introduction

> Choose between basic and advance Custom Forms in your Trust Flows.

Custom Forms let you collect applicant details that are not covered by standard verification products. IDmeta supports two types of Custom Forms: **basic** and **advance**.

## Basic Custom Forms

Create a basic Custom Form on the **Trust Flow Building** page.

Use a basic Custom Form for small questionnaires that do not need any logic. Applicants answer a simple set of fields in a single step.

Choose basic Custom Forms when you only need to collect straightforward information without conditions or multiple pages.

## Advance Custom Forms

Use an advance Custom Form when your questionnaire needs conditional logic or multiple pages.

Advance Custom Forms let you show or hide fields based on earlier answers and split the form across more than one page.
