# IDN KYB Comprehensive

> In-depth Indonesian company search with deed, directors, shareholders, and UBO insights (asynchronous).

IDN KYB Comprehensive performs in-depth Indonesian company search as part of your KYB flow. It can retrieve deed details, directors and shareholder information, and UBO-related insights.

## Data source

Company information is retrieved from **Administrasi Hukum Umum (AHU)**.

## How it works

### Processes

* **Indonesia Full AHU Search** — Searches company records using available AHU data.
* **Deed & UBO Structure** — Builds the deed-related structure and determines UBO insights.
* **Detailed Report** — Returns a detailed report with the collected KYB information.

### Inputs

* **NIB / Company Registration Number** — The company registration identifier used for lookup.
* **Company Name** — The company name used as supporting match input.
