# SSS Verification

> Verify SSS and UMID identifier registration against SSS records.

The **PH SSS** data source helps you validate whether an SSS or UMID identifier is registered in official **SSS** records as part of your verification flow.

## How it works

### Processes

* **SSS and UMID Registration Check** — Validates whether the submitted ID number exists in SSS records.

### Inputs

* **ID Number** — The SSS or UMID number used for lookup.

### Verification result

* **Status** — Returns **Valid** when the ID number is registered in SSS records, or **Invalid** when no matching record is found.
