# PRC Verification

> Verify Professional Regulation Commission credentials in the Philippines.

PH PRC helps you verify Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) credentials in the Philippines as part of your verification flow.

## How it works

### Processes

* **Professional License Verification** — Confirms professional license details using available PRC records.

### Inputs

* **Document Number** — The license or credential number used for lookup.
* **Profession** — The profession/category for the credential being verified.
* **Date Of Birth** — Used with the other inputs to improve match accuracy.

## Tool settings

Open **Tool settings** in the product settings modal. Under **Verification settings**, configure whether face compare is enabled.

### Verification settings

| Setting                  | Purpose                                                                                                                           |
| ------------------------ | --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Perform Face Compare** | When enabled, compares the biometric face used by your flow with the face associated with the credentials to classify the result. |

If **Perform Face Compare** is enabled, you can set the similarity thresholds (you can change these values in the UI):

| Setting                                                     | Example | Purpose                                                            |
| ----------------------------------------------------------- | ------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------ |
| **Face Compare is Verified when similarity score is above** | **70**  | At or above this value, the comparison can be treated as verified. |
| **Face Compare is Rejected when similarity score is below** | **20**  | Below this value, the comparison can be treated as rejected.       |
