# Drivers License Verification

> Validate Australian driver's license information with transport authorities.

The **AU Drivers License** data source helps you validate Australian driver licence details using available transport authority information as part of your verification flow.

## How it works

### Processes

* **Driver License Validation** — Validates the driver licence details using the inputs you collect in your Trust Flow.

### Inputs

* **Family Name** — Your flow captures the person’s surname.
* **Middle Name** — Your flow captures any middle name(s).
* **Given Name** — Your flow captures the person’s given (first) name.
* **Date of Birth** — Used to locate the correct licence record.
* **Licence Number** — The driver licence number shown on the licence.
* **Card Number** — An additional identifier if your flow captures a card number.
* **State** — The Australian state/territory used for record lookup.
