# Changelog

> Track all versions and changes for the Flutter plugin.

This page lists the updates made to the [Flutter plugin](https://pub.dev/packages/idmeta_flutter).

## 2.0.0

*Released on 2026-10-30*

**Breaking:** Flutter 3.44.1 (Dart 3.12.1) or later is required. Build on macOS or Windows: on Linux build machines, including Linux CI runners, `flutter pub get` currently fails. See [Requirements](https://docs.idmetagroup.com/developer-tools/mobile-sdk#requirements).

* [Document Verification](https://docs.idmetagroup.com/products/kyc/docu-veri.md) (V1) uses a new version of the document scanner. When it can't read a document, applicants see **Unable to read the document** with a **Retry** button.
* New optional `licenseKeys` on `startVerification`: pass capture licences issued for your app ID when they differ from the ones on your IDmeta account. Keys you leave out are still loaded from IDmeta. See [Your own capture licences](https://docs.idmetagroup.com/developer-tools/mobile-sdk#your-own-capture-licences).
* Philippines document steps accept the Alien ID and the new mySSS card design. The new mySSS card also starts the automatic SSS check.

## 1.0.1

*Released on 2026-10-21*

* [NPWP details extraction](https://docs.idmetagroup.com/products/ocr/indonesia/npwp-details-extraction.md) now captures with the V2 document reader.
* [Document Verification V2](https://docs.idmetagroup.com/products/kyc/docu-veri-v2-beta) asks for the second side after a manual capture.
* [Location Intelligence](https://docs.idmetagroup.com/products/kyc/location-intelligence.md) asks applicants to turn on location services when they are off.
* Fixed: Location Intelligence submissions were rejected.
* Fixed: Document Verification V2 swapped the front and back images when the back was scanned first.
* Fixed: apps on Android Gradle Plugin 9 failed to build.
* Replaces `flutter_inappwebview` with `webview_flutter`. Requires `flutter_document_reader_api` ^9.9.1841 and `flutter_document_reader_core_barcodemrz` ^9.9.3395.

## 1.0.0

*Released on 2026-10-09*

* First stable release.
* New [Philippines NDRP check](https://docs.idmetagroup.com/api-reference/government-data/philippines/ph-ndrp/philippines-ndrp-check.md).
* Optional document type selector: with **Display Document Type Selector** on, applicants choose the document type before each capture step. A type used in one step isn't offered in the others.
* Multi-step Document Verification (V1) rejects the same document type in two steps. After a failed submit, applicants redo only the failed steps; passed steps are locked.
* Redesigned document and selfie capture guides.
* Philippines document labels are the same in Document Verification V1 and V2.
* Fixed: Document Verification V2 rejected most valid Philippines documents.
* The stated minimum is now Flutter 3.44.0 (Dart 3.12), already needed since 0.0.2.
* Requires `file_picker` ^13.1.0 and `flutter_secure_storage` ^11.2.0. Upgrade them if your app depends on older major versions.

## 0.2.0

*Released on 2026-09-23*

* Resume an incomplete Trust Flow within 30 minutes when [**Allow Users to Resume Incomplete Verification**](https://docs.idmetagroup.com/resources/trust-flows/user-experience-trust-flow-settings.md#allow-users-to-resume-incomplete-verification) is on. Completed steps are not repeated.
* Document steps without a dashboard filter accept the document types used by later checks in the flow (Philippines, PhilSys QR, Australia, Malaysia IC). Dashboard filters still take priority.
* New dependency: `flutter_secure_storage` ^10.0.0. No host app setup needed.

## 0.1.0

*Released on 2026-09-17*

* [Custom forms](https://docs.idmetagroup.com/resources/custom-forms/advance-custom-forms.md): **Others** option on select fields, conditional show/hide rules, address fields with PH/ID/MY layouts, and full name fields.
* New Philippines document details extraction (`philippines_document_details_extraction`) and PhilSys tier 1 (`philsys_check_tier_1`).
* New Indonesia passport and driving license details extraction.
* PhilSys QR submits only after **Continue**, or automatically when [**Auto Submit on Camera Capture**](https://docs.idmetagroup.com/resources/trust-flows/user-experience-trust-flow-settings.md#auto-submit-on-camera-capture) is on.
* PH PNP, NBI, SSS, and PRC numbers are auto-formatted with length limits. PNP no longer requires the `TRA` prefix; NBI needs exactly 9 characters after the hyphen.
* Fixed: custom form date fields show their configured label.

## 0.0.3

*Released on 2026-08-28*

* Document Verification V2 uses a lighter scanner core and no longer downloads a document database before the first scan.
* Document steps can filter by generic type (Identity Card, Passport, Driver's License). On V2, this works in single-step flows only.
* Fixed: `userToken` is cleaned of spaces, quotes, and a duplicated `Bearer` prefix.
* Scanner dependency changed to `flutter_document_reader_core_barcodemrz`.

## 0.0.2

*Released on 2026-08-26*

**Breaking:** your app's Android `compileSdk` must be 37 or higher, and Flutter 3.44.0 (Dart 3.12) or later is required. See [Android setup](https://docs.idmetagroup.com/developer-tools/android-setup.md).

* The plugin package is now MIT licensed. IDmeta services still need an IDmeta account and agreement.
* Fixed: the selfie camera no longer shows a face detection debug overlay.
* Requires `file_picker` ^12.0.0 and `device_info_plus` ^13.2.0; `blinkid_flutter` is pinned to ^7.7.0.

## 0.0.1

*Released on 2026-08-21*

* Initial beta release: launch IDmeta Trust Flows with [`IdmetaFlutter.startVerification`](https://docs.idmetagroup.com/developer-tools/mobile-sdk#start-a-verification) on Android and iOS.
* Optional Injection Attack Detection through the private `idmeta_iad` package.
* Requires Flutter 3.41.0 (Dart 3.11), Android minSdk 24 and compileSdk 36, and iOS 16.0.
